genuine, and positive communication and practices for organizations
and groups. We recognize that an achieving organization reflects
not only the collective goals of the group, but the goals of each
member as well.
Authenticity Dialogue examines the
limited expectations that result from individual and group fear
of or resistance to change. Comfortable habits, good or bad, are
hard to change, because they are routine and yield predictable results.
But are they the BEST results? Can we get more by doing something
different?
The future is not carved in stone; only the past is
immutable. Inflexibility and resistance to change lead to rigidity,
